Ocean Place is an event venue on the second floor of the Maritime Museum, conveniently located in the heart of Kobe Meriken Park. Situated in Kobe's harbor area, where all its landmarks are concentrated, our venues boast an ocean view and a 300㎡+ terrace and will immerse you in a resort-like atmosphere. The blue sea and sky are the perfect backdrop for a wide variety of situations, together with the venue's interior. We also have a full range of ancillary facilities and an experienced staff ready to provide precise support for your film crew.

Rates

Price	Within 4 hours: 60,000 yen Within 8 hours: 120,000 yen Extension fee (1 hr.) 24,000 yen *Consumption tax incl.
Hours of Availability	Weekdays 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM *Also available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays *Please contact us if you wish to hold your shoot outside the hours listed above. *Available for location scouting from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. (Except Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Facilities	Make-up Room / Changing Room / Waiting Room *All included in the fee.

• We cannot cooperate with any shoots straying from wedding venues and the like.

• The cancellation policy and fees are as follows:
  ・ Cancellation from 30 days to 8 days prior to the event ... 20% of the reserved course price
  ・ Cancellation from 1 week to 2 days before the event ... 30% of the reserved course price
  ・ Cancellation on the day before the event ... 50% of the reserved course price
  ・ Cancellation on the day of the event ... 100% of the reserved course price
