・Studied Italian cuisine and went to Italy to further develop his craft, refining his sensibilities through the cuisine, ingredients, and culture of various regions such as Rome, Naples, and Milan
・After returning to Japan, took charge of restaurant operations at KITANO CLUB ANNEX
・Appointed as the executive chef of OCEAN PLACE, which opened in 2021
